Ingredients

  • 1 package graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the prepared cake pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
