Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 3 cups cooked oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch pie plate.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together melted butter, brown sugar, oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie plate.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. Stir in the cooked oatmeal, raisins, and walnuts.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust.
  6. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until set.
  7. Cool before serving.
