- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions
- In a bowl, combine diced mangoes, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well to make the marinade.
