Ingredients

  • 2 sheets of phyllo pastry
  • 1 can of tuna (5 oz), drained

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, for frying

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
