Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion is softened.
Add the curry powder, ginger, and turmeric and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
Add the vegetable broth and peaches and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the Greek yogurt. Using an immersion blender, blend the soup until smooth.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
