- 1 lb ground beef

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the beef mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
- In a small bowl, mix together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and low-carb ketchup.
- Pour the sauce over the patties in the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Simmer until the sauce is thickened and the patties are cooked through, about 10 minutes.
