Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup grated onion
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons low-carb ketchup

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the beef mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and low-carb ketchup.
  5. Pour the sauce over the patties in the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Simmer until the sauce is thickened and the patties are cooked through, about 10 minutes.
