Ingredients
- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the cream and sherry and bring to a simmer.
- Add the nutmeg and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the lobster meat and cook until heated through.
- Serve over toast or rice.
