1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons grated ginger
2 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon cumin

Directions

Add the tomatoes, chickpeas, and vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
