Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch pie plate.
- In a medium bowl, mix together peanut butter, brown sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pie plate.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, peanuts, condensed milk, eggs, flour, salt, and vanilla extract until well blended. Pour into the prepared crust.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top of the pie. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
