Directions
In a large saucepan, combine the cheddar and Swiss cheeses with the white wine. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Add to the cheese mixture and stir until well blended.
Transfer the cheese mixture to a fondue pot or chafing dish and keep warm over a low flame.
