Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of tofu, cubed
  • 1/4 cup of limantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the cubed tofu, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the limantro leaves and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and add the sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
