Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of tofu, cubed
- 1/4 cup of limantro leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the cubed tofu, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the limantro leaves and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and add the sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
