Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 1/2 cup of red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup of celery, diced
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli and cauliflower.
- Add red onion and celery.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to combine.
