Ingredients
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 250F/120C.
- In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, dried thyme, dried oregano, and salt.
- Rub the olive oil onto the ribs and then season the ribs with the dry spice rub.
- Place the ribs onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
- Take the ribs out of the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
