Ingredients
- 1 lb. store-bought pizza dough
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4-inch thick.
- Transfer to a greased baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Top with mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, olives, and basil.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
