Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch (20 cm) springform pan with butter.
In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and cinnamon. Press this mixture into the bottom of the pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese, flour, 1 cup of sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until they are completely incorporated.
Slowly add in the lemon juice and heavy cream and mix until everything is combined. Pour this mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
