Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch (20 cm) springform pan with butter.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and cinnamon. Press this mixture into the bottom of the pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese, flour, 1 cup of sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until they are completely incorporated.
- Slowly add in the lemon juice and heavy cream and mix until everything is combined. Pour this mixture into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
