Ingredients

  • 8 cups chicken or turkey broth
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 8 oz rice noodles

Directions
