Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked ham, cubed
  • 4 cups potatoes, cubed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed ham and potatoes.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream, milk, shredded cheddar cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the sour cream mixture over the ham and potatoes and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  7. Serve hot.
