Ingredients

  • 1 pound radishes, washed and trimmed
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss radishes and onion with olive oil in a large bowl.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
