- 1 pound ground beef

- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices American cheese
- Toppings of your choice
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, grated onion, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix together until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Form the mixture into four equal patties.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the patties are cooked through.
- Place the cooked patties on the hamburger buns and top with a slice of American cheese and your favorite toppings.
