Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the shrimp and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the parsley.
  5. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
