Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Gochujang (Korean chilli paste)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients.
  2. Store in a glass jar or container with a lid in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  3. To use, brush over grilled meats or vegetables or use as a dipping sauce.
