Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Gochujang (Korean chilli paste)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients.
- Store in a glass jar or container with a lid in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- To use, brush over grilled meats or vegetables or use as a dipping sauce.
