Ingredients
1/2 cup kimchi, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped

Directions

Add the kimchi mixture to the batter and mix until everything is evenly combined.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, drop the kimchi mixture into the skillet in 2-3 inch round patties.
Fry the patties for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
Remove the patties from the skillet and let cool before serving.
