- 1/2 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, for frying
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the kimchi, onion, green onion, carrots, red pepper, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and water to make a thick batter.
- Add the kimchi mixture to the batter and mix until everything is evenly combined.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, drop the kimchi mixture into the skillet in 2-3 inch round patties.
- Fry the patties for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
- Remove the patties from the skillet and let cool before serving.
