Ingredients
- 1 package (14 oz) kielbasa, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the kielbasa, onion, bell pepper, potatoes, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the kielbasa is browned, about 10-15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
