Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 pound kielbasa, diced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the cabbage and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the kielbasa and cook until the cabbage is tender and the kielbasa is lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
