  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is softened, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add cabbage and cook until cabbage is softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  6. Serve hot.
