Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add cabbage and cook until cabbage is softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Serve hot.
