Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
1 onion, chopped
6 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and mushrooms and cook until the onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in the sour cream and cheese and cook for 1 minute.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot.
