- 6 pork chops
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, thyme, and black pepper. Set aside.
