Directions
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Rub the mixture all over the pork tenderloin, making sure to coat it evenly.
Place the pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes.
Add the potatoes and green beans to the air fryer basket and cook for an additional 20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the potatoes and green beans are tender.
Remove the pork tenderloin and vegetables from the air fryer and let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
