Ingredients
- 4 ounces of dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons of powdered sweetener of choice
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup of heavy cream
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine the dark chocolate, heavy cream, and butter. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted and combined with the cream and butter.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, cocoa powder, powdered sweetener, and ground cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until fully incorporated.
- Spoon the mousse into four small serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
