4 ounces of dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
2 tablespoons of heavy cream
1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons of powdered sweetener of choice
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
3/4 cup of heavy cream
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine the dark chocolate, heavy cream, and butter. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted and combined with the cream and butter.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, cocoa powder, powdered sweetener, and ground cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until fully incorporated.
Spoon the mousse into four small serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.

This Keto Chocolate Mousse can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
You can also use dark chocolate bars instead of dark chocolate chips.
The cocoa powder helps to thicken the mousse, but you can also use a tablespoon of sugar-free instant pudding mix.
