Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 cups vegetable broth

Directions

  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable broth over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic, onion, cumin, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in the yogurt and simmer for another 5 minutes.
