Ingredients
1 package of Polish sausage, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup of shredded cheese
1/2 cup of corn chips
2 tablespoons of butter
4 flour tortillas
Directions
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the Polish sausage until it is browned and cooked through.
Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the butter.
Place one flour tortilla in the skillet and top with half of the cooked sausage and half of the shredded cheese.
Sprinkle the corn chips on top of the sausage and cheese.
Place the second tortilla on top of the ingredients and press down lightly.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden brown.
Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and cut into wedges.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
