Ingredients
- 1 package of Polish sausage, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup of corn chips
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 4 flour tortillas
Directions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the Polish sausage until it is browned and cooked through.
- Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter.
- Place one flour tortilla in the skillet and top with half of the cooked sausage and half of the shredded cheese.
- Sprinkle the corn chips on top of the sausage and cheese.
- Place the second tortilla on top of the ingredients and press down lightly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
- Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and cut into wedges.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
