- 4 lobster tails
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, butter, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
- Cut each lobster tail in half lengthwise and place on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon the crab filling into each lobster tail half and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until lobster is cooked through and filling is lightly browned.
