Heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and cooled onion mixture. Mix well. Add the ground turkey and mix gently with your hands to combine. Form the mixture into a loaf in a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Spread the ketchup over the top of the loaf.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
