- 3 ripe bananas, mashed

Directions
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Add the butter, sugar, salt, lemon juice, milk and cornstarch, and mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a saucepan, and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and boils.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool completely before serving.
