Ingredients
- 1 pound gnocchi
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, toss together gnocchi, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread gnocchi mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of the gnocchi and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
- Serve warm.
