Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs steak (such as ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1 cup stout beer
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions
