Indulge in a succulent stout-marinated steak paired with roasted vegetables for a hearty and satisfying meal. The rich flavors of the stout enhance the natural juices of the steak, while the roasted vegetables add a colorful and nutritious touch to the dish.

  • 1 1/2 lbs steak (such as ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1 cup stout beer
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  1. In a bowl, combine stout beer, minced garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt. Place steak in a resealable bag and pour marinade over it. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread vegetables on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
