Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 package Pocky Sticks

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, vanilla extract, and baking soda until well combined.
  3. Add the flour and salt and mix until fully combined.
  4. Stir in the chopped pecans and chocolate chips.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until lightly golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool.
  8. Break the cooled mixture into bite-sized pieces and place on top of a Pocky Stick.
  9. Enjoy!
