Sundried Tomato and Onion Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 lb store-bought pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush mixture over pizza dough.
  4. Sprinkle sundried tomatoes and onion over the pizza dough. Top with both cheeses.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
