Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Tortilla chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain fat, and stir in taco seasoning mix. Set aside.
Spread refried beans into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Spread salsa over the refried beans.
Spread cream cheese over the salsa.
Spread ground beef over the cream cheese.
Sprinkle Mexican cheese blend over the top.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions, and serve with tortilla chips.
