Ingredients
1 package of sweet potato noodles
1/2 cup of sesame oil
1/2 cup of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of brown sugar

Directions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.
Add the onion, carrots, mushrooms, bell peppers, and zucchini and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Add the cooked noodles and the sauce and cook until the noodles are coated with the sauce, about 3 minutes.
Stir in the green onions and cook for an additional minute.
Serve warm.
