Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish

Directions

  1. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a medium bowl. Place the whites on a serving platter.
  2. To the bowl with the yolks, add the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mash the mixture with a fork until it is well-combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the egg whites, filling them to the top. Sprinkle with paprika.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
