Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs, peeled
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Paprika, for garnish
Directions
- Slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a medium bowl. Place the whites on a serving platter.
- To the bowl with the yolks, add the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mash the mixture with a fork until it is well-combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the egg whites, filling them to the top. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
