Ingredients
- 1 lb. halibut fillet
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add cabbage and sauté for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Place halibut fillet in center of skillet. Cover with cabbage mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
- Serve warm with desired accompaniments.
