Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Spread shrimp mixture in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Place Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Remove shrimp and Brussels sprouts from oven. Serve over cooked brown rice.
