Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup white sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons instant dry yeast
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup warm water
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter and warm water.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day, remove the dough from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to 1/2 inch thickness.
Using a biscuit cutter or a glass, cut the dough into circles.
Place the circles on a greased baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Interesting Facts
No-knead refrigerator rolls are a great way to make fresh rolls without having to wait for the dough to rise.
The dough can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
These rolls are great served with butter, honey, or jam.
