Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley, oregano, basil, paprika, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the artichoke mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
