1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley, oregano, basil, paprika, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the artichoke mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
