Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa or millet
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup of your favorite nuts or seeds
  • 1/4 cup of fresh or frozen berries

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring quinoa or millet and almond milk to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add ground cinnamon and honey or maple syrup and stir to combine.
  4. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl.
  5. Top with your favorite nuts or seeds and berries.
