- 2 bunches mustard greens, sliced
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and salt. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Add the mustard greens and stir to coat in the oil and seasonings. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add the vegetable broth and honey. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Uncover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the greens are tender.
- Serve immediately.
