Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 bunches mustard greens, sliced
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and salt. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the mustard greens and stir to coat in the oil and seasonings. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Add the vegetable broth and honey. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Uncover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the greens are tender.
  7. Serve immediately.
