Ingredients

  • 1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the beans, onion, and bell pepper.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic powder, ginger, chili powder, and black pepper.
