Cream of Chicken with Wild Rice Soup
Ingredients
1/2 cup of Irish cream liqueur
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup of white chocolate chips
1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
Directions
In a small saucepan, heat the Irish cream liqueur and heavy cream over medium heat until just simmering.
Remove from heat and add in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips. Stir until melted and combined.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly and then pour into a shallow dish.
Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least two hours or until the mixture is set.
Once set, remove from the refrigerator and spoon out teaspoon-sized pieces of the mixture. Roll into balls and roll in the chopped nuts if desired.
Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least an hour or until firm.
