Ingredients
- 1 pound of spaghetti noodles
- 1 cup of butter
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 cup of white wine
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook for about 10 minutes, or until al dente.
- Meanwhile, heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the white wine and simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the shrimp is cooked through.
- Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet. Add the olive oil and stir to combine. Cook for about 2 minutes, or until the spaghetti is heated through.
- Divide the shrimp-spaghetti between plates and top with the grated parmesan cheese.
